Calendar & Scheduling

The Calendar section is where you plan and schedule posts:

  1. Click New Post to open the post composer
  2. Write your content and upload media
  3. Select which connected channels to post to
  4. Choose Post now or set a scheduled date and time
  5. The calendar displays all scheduled and published posts by date

You can post the same content to multiple platforms simultaneously, or customise the message per platform.

Connecting a Channel

Before you can publish, you must connect at least one social account:

  1. Go to Channels
  2. Click Add Channel
  3. Select the platform (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  4. Authenticate via the platform's OAuth login
  5. The connected account appears in your Channels list

Note: Each organisation has its own set of connected channels. Channels are shared across all team members in that organisation.

Media Library

The Media section stores all assets you upload for use in posts:

  • Upload images, videos, and documents
  • Reuse assets across multiple posts
  • Organise media for quick access when composing content

Analytics

The Analytics section tracks performance across all connected channels:

  • Impressions — how many times your posts were seen
  • Engagements — likes, comments, shares, and clicks
  • Follower growth — audience changes over time
  • Per-post breakdown — performance of individual posts

Use analytics to identify which content performs best and optimise your publishing schedule.

Team Collaboration

Multiple team members can access the Social Publishing module within the same organisation. You can:

  • Draft posts and leave them for review before publishing
  • Schedule content in advance for team coordination
  • View all scheduled and published content in the shared calendar
