AI Usage & Limits

The Usage & Limits section gives you visibility into how your workspace is consuming AI resources across all KronGage modules. Monitor requests, track service health, manage your plan, and configure AI behaviour — all from one place.

Accessing Usage & Limits

Click the brain icon in the KronGage left navigation bar. The module has six sections:

Section	What you can do
Overview	High-level snapshot of AI consumption across all services
Usage	Detailed request logs and usage graphs over time
Plans	View your current plan and included modules
Alerts	Set thresholds and get notified when usage approaches limits
Notifications	Manage how and where alert notifications are delivered
AI Settings	Configure AI models and access controls per service

Overview Dashboard

The Overview tab shows four summary cards:

Card	What it shows
Current Plan	Your active subscription tier
AI Requests (Month)	Total AI API calls made this calendar month
Services Active	How many of your included services are currently active
Usage Health	Overall health status — Healthy, Warning, or Critical

Below the cards, each AI-powered service is shown individually:

KronChat — AI requests from automated replies, Captain AI, and conversation summaries
Socials — AI requests from content generation and scheduling copilot
Intelligence — AI requests from Knowledge base queries and Listening sentiment analysis

Each service card shows its current month request count. Click a service to drill into its usage history.

Plans

The Plans tab shows the modules included in your subscription.

Each module tile lists:

The module name
A short description of what it provides

Usage

The Usage tab provides a detailed breakdown of AI consumption:

Request counts over time (daily/weekly/monthly view)
Breakdown by service (KronChat vs. Intelligence vs. Socials)
Token consumption per service
Historical trend charts

Use this to forecast whether your current plan is sufficient or if you need to upgrade.

Alerts

Set automatic alerts to notify your team when AI usage approaches a threshold:

Go to Alerts
Click New Alert
Set the threshold (e.g. 80% of monthly request limit)
Choose which service to monitor
Save — alerts fire automatically when the threshold is crossed

AI Settings

The AI Settings tab lets administrators configure AI behaviour for each service:

Model selection — choose which AI model powers each service
Access controls — restrict which team members can trigger AI features
Rate limits — cap requests per user or per team
Cost controls — set hard stop limits to prevent overage

Only administrators can change AI Settings.
