Navigating KronGage

Every module is accessible from the left navigation bar. Click the icon for the module you want — the sidebar will update to show that module's sections.

Your workspace URL is:

https://[your-tenant].krongage.io

For example, if your workspace is test, your URL is https://test.krongage.io.

For Administrators

If you are setting up KronGage for your organisation for the first time:

  1. Connect your social channels for KronChat inboxes → see KronChat Developer App Setup
  2. Configure social publishing credentials for your team → see Social Publishing Developer App Setup
  3. Set up your inboxes in KronChat → see Inboxes
  4. Invite your team and assign roles from the Settings panel
