Key Concepts

Inbox — A connected communication channel. You can have multiple inboxes (e.g. a WhatsApp inbox, an email inbox, a live chat inbox).

Conversation — Every interaction with a customer creates a conversation. Conversations have statuses: Open, Pending, Resolved, or Snoozed.

Agent — A team member who handles conversations.

Label — A colored tag applied to conversations to categorize them (e.g. "Billing", "Urgent", "VIP").

Team — A group of agents organized by function (e.g. Sales Team, Support Team).
