Activity Timeline

The Timeline tab shows a unified, cross-channel activity stream. Every conversation, message, campaign interaction, and score change for every customer appears here in chronological order — giving your team a live pulse on customer activity across the entire workspace.

Reading the Timeline

The left panel shows a profile list sorted by most recent activity. Each profile shows their name, label (Lead, Customer, etc.), and activity score.

Click any profile to see their Activity Timeline in the right panel. Each event card shows:

  • What happened (e.g. "Conversation #3 — pending")
  • Which channel it came from (e.g. "via api", "via chatwoot")
  • Tags associated with the event
  • How long ago it occurred

What Gets Recorded

The timeline captures activity from all integrated sources:

  • KronChat conversations (opened, replied to, resolved)
  • Campaign email opens and clicks
  • Score changes (lead score increase, churn risk spike)
  • Segment entries and exits
  • Journey stage transitions

Filter Tabs

Use the filter tabs at the top of the profile list to narrow the timeline view by profile type:

  • All — every profile
  • Leads — only lead profiles
  • Customers — only converted customers
  • VIP — only VIP profiles

Use Cases

  • Morning check-in — see which customers were active overnight
  • Triage — identify customers with sudden churn risk spikes
  • Follow-up — find leads that had recent activity but no agent response
