Customer 360 Overview
Customer 360 is KronGage's unified customer intelligence platform. It aggregates every signal about a customer — conversations, activity, engagement scores, lead status, and channel presence — into a single profile, giving your team a complete picture of every person they interact with.
Accessing Customer 360
Click Customer 360 in the KronGage left navigation bar (the people icon). The module has five sections:
| Section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Profiles | Browse, search, and filter all customer profiles |
| Timeline | See a chronological activity stream across all customers |
| Segments | Create and manage dynamic audience segments |
| Journeys | View the customer lifecycle stages |
| Webhooks | Configure outbound webhooks for profile events |
Customer Profiles
The Profiles section is your unified customer database. Each profile consolidates data from every channel and interaction.
Filter tabs:
- All — every profile in your workspace
- Leads — contacts identified as potential customers
- Customers — converted, active customers
- VIP — high-value contacts flagged for priority treatment
Profile stats (top of list):
- Active 7d — profiles with activity in the last 7 days
- Avg Score — average intelligence score across all profiles
- Active 30d — profiles active in the last 30 days
Intelligence Scores
Every profile is automatically scored across four dimensions:
| Score | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Engagement | How actively the customer interacts (messages, opens, clicks) |
| Lead Score | Likelihood to convert based on activity and behaviour |
| Health | Overall relationship health — declining engagement signals churn risk |
| Churn Risk | Probability the customer will disengage or leave |
Scores update automatically as new data comes in from KronChat, Campaigns, and other modules.
Channel Presence
Each profile shows which channels the customer has been active on — WhatsApp, Email, Live Chat, Instagram, etc. This lets agents instantly see how to reach a customer and which channel they prefer.
Segments
Segments are dynamic groups of profiles based on rules you define. Examples:
- "Leads with Lead Score > 70"
- "Customers inactive for 30+ days"
- "VIP profiles with Churn Risk > 60"
Segments update automatically as profiles meet or leave the criteria. Use segments to:
- Target specific groups with Campaigns
- Monitor at-risk customers in the timeline
- Export groups for analysis
Timeline
The Timeline view shows a unified activity stream across all customers — new conversations, messages, score changes, and status updates in chronological order. Use this to monitor the health of your entire customer base at a glance.
Webhooks
Configure outbound webhooks to push profile events to external systems (CRM, data warehouse, Slack, etc.):
- Go to Webhooks
- Click New Webhook
- Enter the destination URL
- Select which events to send (profile created, score changed, segment entered, etc.)
- Save and activate
Webhook payloads are signed for verification.
