Contacts

The Contacts section is your customer database. Every person who has ever had a conversation with your team is stored here, complete with their history, profile details, and full conversation log.

Contact List Views

All Contacts
Your complete customer directory. Search, filter, or browse every contact.

Active
Contacts who have had recent activity — useful for following up with recently engaged customers.

Tagged With
Filter contacts by a label applied to their conversations.


Contact Profile

Click View details on any contact to open their full profile.

What you can see and do:

Basic Information

  • Full name, email address, phone number, company, location
  • Edit and update any detail with Update contact

Social Links
Add LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and GitHub profile links to the contact.

Tabs on the right

  • Attributes — Custom fields configured by your admin (e.g. Account Number, Customer Type)
  • History — Every past conversation this contact has had across all channels
  • Notes — Private notes attached to this contact
  • Merge — Combine duplicate contact records into one

Quick Actions

  • Send message — Start a new conversation with this contact
  • Block contact — Prevent this contact from sending messages

Creating a Contact Manually

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Click New Contact (top right)
  3. Fill in the details (name, email, phone, etc.)
  4. Click Save

Searching Contacts

Use the search bar at the top of the Contacts page to find any contact by name, email address, or phone number. Results appear instantly as you type.


Contact Segments

Segments let you save a filter as a named group for quick access.

  1. Apply your filters on the Contacts page
  2. Click Save Segment
  3. Give it a name
  4. It appears under Segments in the sidebar permanently
