Profiles

The Profiles tab is your complete customer directory. Every person who has interacted with your business — across KronChat, Campaigns, or any connected channel — has a unified profile here, automatically enriched with intelligence scores and activity data.

Browsing Profiles

Use the filter tabs to segment the list:

The stats bar shows Active 7d, Avg Score, and Active 30d for the current filter.


Searching Profiles

Use the search bar at the top to find a profile by name, email, or phone number. Results update as you type.


Opening a Profile

Click any profile in the list to open their full detail panel on the right. You'll see:

  • Contact details — name, email, phone, company
  • Labels — Lead, Customer, VIP, Individual, etc.
  • Score badge — the overall intelligence score (0–100)
  • Intelligence Scores — Engagement, Lead Score, Health, and Churn Risk
  • Channel Presence — which platforms the customer has been active on

Scores are calculated automatically and update as new interactions come in.


Syncing Profiles

The Sync button at the top of the page manually triggers a re-sync between Customer 360 and KronChat contacts. The Live indicator shows that background sync is running continuously.
