Usage
The Usage tab provides a detailed breakdown of your workspace's AI request consumption over time.
What You Can See
- Request counts over time — view daily, weekly, or monthly totals
- Breakdown by service — separate bars or lines for KronChat, Intelligence, and Socials
- Token consumption — total tokens used per service per period
- Historical trend charts — spot growth patterns or unusual spikes
How to Read the Charts
Each chart series corresponds to one AI-powered service:
| Service | What drives its requests |
|---|---|
| KronChat | Automated replies, Captain AI suggestions, conversation summaries |
| Intelligence | Knowledge base queries, Listening sentiment analysis |
| Socials | Content generation, scheduling copilot |
Use the time-range selector (24h / 7d / 30d) to zoom in or out.
Planning Ahead
If your usage trend shows consistent growth, compare it against the limit shown in the Current Plan card on the Overview tab. When you are approaching your monthly cap, consider:
- Reviewing which service is consuming the most requests
- Setting an alert on the Alerts tab to warn you before you hit the limit
- Contacting [email protected] to discuss a plan upgrade
