The Feed tab shows every mention as it is collected, in real time. Use it to monitor breaking conversations, respond quickly to negative sentiment, or watch a campaign as it unfolds.

Filtering the Feed

By Platform
Click any platform icon at the top to show only mentions from that network:
X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Mastodon, or news sources.

By Sentiment
Filter to only see the tone you care about:

• All — everything
• Positive — supportive or complimentary mentions
• Negative — critical or complaints
• Mixed — ambiguous or combined sentiment
• Neutral — factual or informational

By Source Type

• All — all collection methods
• Connected Apps — mentions from OAuth-connected accounts
• Direct Data Feed — mentions from official platform APIs
• Web Automation — mentions collected via browser profiles

Top / Latest toggle
Switch between highest-engagement posts first (Top) or most recently collected (Latest).

Mention Cards

Each card in the feed shows:

• Platform icon and post author
• Full post content
• Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments)
• AI-assigned sentiment badge
• Time of collection
