Segments

Segments are dynamic groups of customer profiles based on labels, scores, or behaviour. They update automatically as profiles meet or leave your criteria — no manual maintenance required.

How Segments Work

Customer 360 automatically syncs label segments from KronChat. Every label applied to a conversation or contact in KronChat (e.g. "Billing", "Urgent", "VIP") becomes a segment here — click any segment to see all contacts tagged with that label.


Browsing Segments

The right panel shows all available segments as cards. Click a segment card to filter the profile list to only show contacts in that group.

Use the filter tabs at the top to view segment membership by profile type:

  • All — every profile in the segment
  • Leads — only leads
  • Customers — only converted customers
  • VIP — only VIP profiles

Using Segments with Campaigns

Segments connect directly to the Campaigns module. When creating a broadcast or journey, you can target a specific Customer 360 segment to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.


Stats

Each segment shows:

  • Active 7d — profiles with recent activity in this segment
  • Avg Score — average intelligence score across the segment
  • Active 30d — profiles active in the last 30 days
