Reporting
The Reporting section tracks performance across all your broadcasts, journeys, and message templates — giving you a clear picture of how campaigns are performing over time.
Available Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Delivery rate | Percentage of messages that were successfully delivered |
| Open rate | Percentage of delivered messages that were opened (Email and in-app) |
| Click rate | Percentage of recipients who clicked a link in the message |
| Bounce rate | Messages that could not be delivered (invalid addresses, full inboxes) |
| Unsubscribes | Recipients who opted out after receiving the message |
| Journey step completion | How many users reached each step in a journey |
Filtering Reports
Use the filter bar at the top of Reporting to narrow the view:
- Date range — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a custom range
- Channel — Email, SMS, or in-app
- Campaign / Journey — a specific broadcast or journey by name
- Audience segment — see how a specific segment responded
Journey Performance
For automated journeys, Reporting shows a funnel view of each step:
- How many users entered the journey
- How many reached each node (message, condition, wait)
- Where users dropped off or took a conditional branch
- Conversion rate from journey start to goal completion
Exporting Reports
Click Export to download campaign data as a CSV for use in spreadsheets or external BI tools.
