Reporting

The Reporting section tracks performance across all your broadcasts, journeys, and message templates — giving you a clear picture of how campaigns are performing over time.


Available Metrics

Delivery ratePercentage of messages that were successfully delivered
Open ratePercentage of delivered messages that were opened (Email and in-app)
Click ratePercentage of recipients who clicked a link in the message
Bounce rateMessages that could not be delivered (invalid addresses, full inboxes)
UnsubscribesRecipients who opted out after receiving the message
Journey step completionHow many users reached each step in a journey

Filtering Reports

Use the filter bar at the top of Reporting to narrow the view:

  • Date range — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a custom range
  • Channel — Email, SMS, or in-app
  • Campaign / Journey — a specific broadcast or journey by name
  • Audience segment — see how a specific segment responded

Journey Performance

For automated journeys, Reporting shows a funnel view of each step:

  • How many users entered the journey
  • How many reached each node (message, condition, wait)
  • Where users dropped off or took a conditional branch
  • Conversion rate from journey start to goal completion

Exporting Reports

Click Export to download campaign data as a CSV for use in spreadsheets or external BI tools.
