Alerts

The Alerts tab lets you set automatic usage thresholds so your team is notified before AI consumption reaches its limit.

Alerts tab showing threshold configuration form

Creating an Alert

  1. Go to Alerts
  2. Click New Alert
  3. Configure the alert:
    • Service — choose which AI service to monitor (KronChat, Intelligence, or Socials — or all services combined)
    • Threshold — the percentage of your monthly limit that triggers the alert (e.g. 80%)
    • Notification method — where to send the alert (see the Notifications tab to configure delivery channels)
  4. Click Save

The alert fires automatically when usage crosses the threshold for the selected service.

Alert States

StateMeaning
ActiveMonitoring — the threshold has not been crossed yet
TriggeredThe threshold has been crossed and a notification was sent
ResolvedUsage has dropped back below the threshold (start of a new month resets counters)

Best Practices

  • Set a warning alert at 80% and a critical alert at 95% for each service
  • Route critical alerts to a Slack channel or email group so the right person sees them in time
  • Review triggered alerts on the Overview tab — the Usage Health card will show Warning or Critical status
