Overview Dashboard

The Overview tab is your real-time brand health dashboard. Use the 24h / 7d / 30d selector at the top right to change the time range.

Metric cards:

  • Live This Hour — mentions collected in the current hour
  • 24H Mentions — total mentions in the selected window
  • Sentiment Gauge — brand health score from Negative to Positive
  • Top Platform — the platform generating the most mentions
  • Sentiment Split — breakdown of positive, neutral, mixed, and negative mentions

Charts and panels:

  • Sentiment River — stacked area chart showing how sentiment has shifted over time
  • Platform Activity — volume per platform across the time window
  • Trending Topics — top keywords by volume with trend direction
  • Top Voices — most influential authors mentioning your brand
  • Collection Layers — status of each data collection method (OAuth, API, Browser)

Setting Up Monitoring Jobs

Before data appears on the Overview dashboard, you must create at least one monitoring job.

Listening Setup tab showing empty Monitoring Jobs list with Create Your First Job button
  1. Go to Setup
  2. Click + New Monitoring Job (or Create Your First Job)
  3. Configure the job:
    • Name — a label for this job (e.g. "Brand Mentions", "Competitor Watch")
    • Keywords — terms, hashtags, or handles to track
    • Platforms — which social networks to monitor
    • Schedule — how often to collect (continuous or scheduled)
  4. Toggle the job Active and save

Each job runs independently. You can have multiple jobs for different brands, competitors, or campaigns.

Supported Platforms

Listening monitors mentions across:

  • X (formerly Twitter)
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Reddit
  • Mastodon
  • News sources

Insights — AI Analysis

The Insights tab lets you ask natural language questions about your social data:

  • "What are people saying about our pricing?"
  • "Which competitor is getting the most positive sentiment this week?"
  • "What drove the spike in negative mentions on Tuesday?"

The AI analyses your collected mention data and returns a structured answer with supporting evidence from actual posts.

Live Feed

The Feed tab shows every mention in real time as it arrives. Use the filters at the top to narrow by:

  • Platform — view only Twitter mentions, only Instagram, etc.
  • Sentiment — filter to only negative mentions for quick triage
  • Time range — recent or historical

Each mention card shows the post content, author, engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments), and the AI-assigned sentiment.
