Journeys
The Journeys tab visualises where each customer sits in their lifecycle with your business. Every profile is automatically placed on a stage — from first visit through to loyal advocate — based on their activity and engagement signals.
Lifecycle Stages
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Visitor | First contact — no meaningful engagement yet |
| Lead | Showing interest — 1–2 conversations, getting to know the product |
| Opportunity | Actively evaluating — higher engagement, potential deal in progress |
| Customer | Converted — active paying or confirmed customer |
| Advocate | Loyal — highly engaged, promotes the brand |
The Current badge marks which stage a selected profile is at right now.
How Stage Is Determined
KronGage calculates lifecycle stage automatically based on:
- Number and recency of conversations
- Engagement score
- Lead score threshold crossings
- Manual label assignments in KronChat (e.g. tagging a contact "Customer")
Moving a Profile
Lifecycle stages update automatically as activity accumulates. You can also manually advance or adjust a stage by updating the profile's labels in KronChat or Customer 360 Profiles.
Using Journeys for Outreach
Pair the Journeys view with Campaigns to trigger the right message at the right lifecycle moment:
- Lead stage → send an onboarding or intro sequence
- Opportunity stage → trigger a demo or proposal follow-up
- Customer stage → start a success or upsell journey
- Churning Customer → activate a win-back campaign
