Settings

The Settings section configures the channels, integrations, and workspace preferences for your Campaigns module.


Channels

Connect the delivery channels used to send your messages:

Email

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → Email
  2. Click Connect Email Provider
  3. Select your provider (e.g. Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES)
  4. Enter your API key and sending domain
  5. Verify domain ownership by adding the DNS records shown

Once connected, all email broadcasts and journeys route through this provider.

SMS

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → SMS
  2. Click Connect SMS Gateway
  3. Enter your gateway credentials (Hubtel, Twilio, or other supported providers)
  4. Save and test with a sample message

In-App

In-app messaging is enabled by default for all KronGage workspaces. No additional configuration is required.


Sending Identity

Configure the From name and From address used for outbound emails:

  • From name — displayed in the recipient's inbox (e.g. "KronGage Support")
  • From address — must be a verified domain address (e.g. [email protected])
  • Reply-to address — where replies are directed if different from the sending address

Unsubscribe & Compliance

KronGage automatically appends an unsubscribe link to every marketing email. You can customise the unsubscribe page:

  • Custom unsubscribe URL — redirect to your own preference centre
  • Unsubscribe confirmation message — text shown after a contact opts out

API & Webhooks

Go to Settings → API to:

  • Generate an API key for sending events from your product into KronGage (triggers journey enrolments)
  • Configure a webhook to receive campaign delivery events in your own systems

Only administrators can change Settings.
