Labels

Labels are colored tags you apply to conversations to categorize and organize them. They make it easy to filter, search, and report on specific types of conversations.

What are Labels?

Labels act like hashtags for your conversations. Your workspace includes labels like:

Creating a Label

Note: Only Administrators can create labels.

  1. Go to Settings → Labels
  2. Click Add Label
  3. Enter a label name
  4. Choose a color
  5. Add an optional description
  6. Click Save

Applying Labels to a Conversation

Inside any open conversation:

  1. Look at the right panel under Conversation Labels
  2. Click Add Labels
  3. Select one or more labels

Multiple labels can be applied to the same conversation.


Filtering by Label

Labels appear in the left sidebar. Click any label to instantly see all conversations tagged with it across all inboxes. Labels are also available as filter criteria in Reports.
